About Us

We are a young and motivated team of currently 65 employees.
We develop and produce airsoft products and distribute them worldwide.

As our company continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Textile Developer to join our team at our modern office located in Vienna’s 7th district.


This position is a maternity leave replacement for approximately 14 months. A permanent position is not currently planned, but may become possible depending on future developments.

You can look forward to the following exciting responsibilities:


Tasks

  • Work as part of a team of textile and gear developers.

  • Tailor and create uniforms, pouches, leafsuits, plate carriers, battlebelts, backpacks and many other tactical-gear related products.

  • You will use our well-equipped workshop with industrial sewing machines, lasercutter, etc.

  • Prototyping of future products.

  • Sample checking and quality control.

Job requirements

Necessary skills

  • Completed training in tailoring, fashion school, or equivalent experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured working style, and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

  • Passion for creating innovative and exciting products

  • Must be willing to relocate to Vienna, Austria

  • Professional use of Adobe Illustrator (beneficial, not required)

  • Experience with lasercutters or willingness to learn quickly

  • Pattern-making skills, both manual and digital

  • Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

    The compensation is based on qualifications and experience, starting at EUR 2.471,00 (Full-Time basis, in accordance with the collective agreement "retail").
