Junior Operational Purchasing Agent | Full-Time (38.5h per week) AND Part-Time (approx. 25h per week)

We are a young and motivated team of 65 people, working to revolutionize the world of airsoft sports from the middle of Vienna. Novritsch is developing outstanding airsoft products, working with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, and selling to over 80 countries.

What will you do?

As a Junior Operational Purchasing Agent, you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.

We are currently looking for a person to support us with:

• Processing of orders and organization of shipments

• Supporting Strategic Purchasing in all operational matters

• Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries

• Monitoring product availability

• Completed commercial education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or similar

• Fluent in the English language

• First experience in purchasing or logistics would be beneficial

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Problem-solving ability & structured working

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP

According to the collective agreement, the minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 2,303.00 (full-time basis).
