Christoph
The instigator of NOVRITSCH. At 15 he convinced his parents that airsoft is a great sport and created the NOVRITSCH YouTube channel that paved the way to the brand we know today. Chris now collaborates with and leads a team of 25 passionate airsofters all aiming to revolutionize the industry. He plays airsoft regularly across continents and spends a lot of his time in Asia with our factories to ensure the quality of our products. But before having so many people beside him, he could only dream of how a small YouTube channel could change the world of airsoft. Without a doubt, Chris put his life in NOVRITSCH and he is leading it from the front.
Claudia
Meet our captain with the financial ledger and legal compass. She's not just the co-founder of NOVRITSCH, she's the steerswoman navigating the wild waters of finance and legality with a pirate's charm and a strategist's mind. Oh, and here's a fun fact: she's Christoph’s sister, bringing a whole new level of audacity to the family. Picture this: a fleet of containers, brimming with the coolest airsoft replicas and gas bottles, sailing smoothly through customs, dodging every legal storm – that's her doing. She's the silent hero of NOVRITSCH, the one who makes sure the fun never stops and the game always goes on.
Dominik
Connecting marketing, B2B, and the IT systems that power NOVRITSCH, Dominik is the master of momentum who keeps our operational engine running at lightspeed. He lives by a simple personal rule: "How to reach your 5-year goals in 6 months." Skip the small talk—while others are debating ideas, Dominik dives straight into the metrics. Think of him as our hyper-focused efficiency architect: analyzing every system, squeezing every last drop of performance out of a project, and turning targets into immediate reality. He’s all about high precision, zero distractions, and relentless optimization, making sure everything stays fast, lean, and strictly by the numbers.

Product Dev
Kicking off, leading and following the life cycle of our in-house developed products alongside with managing our portfolio.
Operations
The oil in the machine. Making sure all departments have the right resources for their work. Let it be leading the books or building IT systems.
Purchasing
Finding the right products at the right time. Our Purchasing team works closely with suppliers to keep stock flowing, secure the best conditions and make sure our teams have what they need to keep things moving.
B2B
Airsoft is not the easiest thing to sell, in certain countries... Our B2B departmant is on a mission of making high-quality airsoft accessible in corners of the world where it was once a distant dream.
Marketing
Our in-house marketing department is busy publishing products, running one of the biggest Airsoft webshops out there, while they record, edit & post content so we can reach Airsoft players all around the world.
CR
No matter the issue, CR is there to fix it. From highly technical airsoft topics to general order processing and many more matters, this team makes sure the last point of our customers' journey goes as smooth as possible.
