To further support our team, we are currently looking for a highly motivated Junior Purchasing Manager as soon as possible.

As a Junior Operational Purchasing Agent, you will support the Strategic Purchasing in operational tasks, organization of shipments, and maintain our internal product and supplier data.

What You Will  Do

• Processing of orders and organization of shipments

• Supporting Strategic Purchasing in all operational matters

• Contacting suppliers and logistics companies regarding deliveries

• Monitoring product availability

• Minimum salary per the collective agreement: €2,362 gross/month (38.5h, full-time). Final salary is market-based, depending on your experience and qualifications.

What You Bring

• You have a completed commercial education (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or similar

• You speak fluent English (min. C1)

• You bring first working experiences in purchasing or logistics (beneficial)

• You have good communication skills (verbal and written)

• You bring problem-solving ability & structured working

• You know how to use MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
