To support our team, we're currently seeking a Technical Support Agent for Leading Sports Brand (Part-Time/Full-Time).

Description

Providing excellent customer support is a key success factor and we are currently looking for a person to support our Tech-specialists as outlined below:

• Answering airsoft-technical related requests via e-mail and chat
• Continuous improvement of customer experience
• Investigating and solving airsoft technical related issues
• Working actively on repairs

Requirements

• English (our company language is English) and German | both at least B2 
• Technical problem-solving ability and/or experience in airsoft (teching, repairing and upgrading)
• Good writing skills and touch typing, structured working and ability to work in a team
• Any technical education and/or experience in customer support is beneficial
• Possibility to work at least 35 hours per week

You can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2.229,00 for the full-time position. The extent of any overpayment is contingent upon one's professional expertise and qualifications.
