As a rapidly growing company, we’re looking for a Textile Developer (Part-Time up to Full-Time, min 25 hours per week) to join our team.


Tasks

  • Work as part of a team of textile and gear developers.

  • Tailor and create uniforms, pouches, leafsuits, plate carriers, battlebelts, backpacks and many other tactical-gear related products.

  • You will use our well-equipped workshop with industrial sewing machines, lasercutter, etc.

  • Prototyping of future products.

  • Sample checking and quality control.

Job requirements

Necessary skills

  • Good knowledge of German and English (company language).

  • completed training/education in sewing / fashion school / or similar.

  • Must be willing to work on-site/ relocate to Vienna, Austria.

  • Problem-solving ability, structured working and a creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create exciting products.

  • Professional use of Adobe Illustrator.

  • Cutting pattern creation (manual and digital).

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.


Nice to have

  • Experience with lasercutters and Spec/Design sheet creation.

    The compensation is based on qualifications and experience, starting at EUR 2.471,00 (Full-Time basis, in accordance with the collective agreement "retail").
